/me No spamming or off topic posts. If you have nothing related to the topic then please do not post at all. Posting something unrelated only starts a new topic and makes a big mess. Also double posts and triple posts are not needed. Use the edit feature if you have something to add unless it is completely off of what you posted before. Only in certain situations though.
/me No flamming. This is just as bad as spamming. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion even if it does not agree with your own. If you have a problem then please PM the Moderator or report the post. Do not flame back because it will only put you in the wrong with the other person which is just what they want.
/me No clone threads. Please use the search function to make sure there are no more threads like the one your about to create.
/me Also with Help Threads. If anyone makes an help thread then please help them. I don't want any Memberators coming in and belittling the member for not using the help thread. Help thread are optional uses for help. This is a game site and game help is number one before anything else. Simply help them and link them to the thread or FAQ. Example:
Member 1:
Hey I need help finding the blah blah blah
Member 2:
Oh well first you do this, this and that.
If you have any further problems in the future we have a general help thread/FAQ *Link* that you can also use if you need.
/me Request Closures, I do not want any of these. If there is a thread that you feel should not be report the first post and move on. Requesting closures is rude to the member making the thread and the Mod in the forum or section. For unmodded forums the Mod cannot see your request closure so it does nothing to help the situation. Classic example:
Request Closure
This upsets the originator and can cause flaming. It also questions the Mods ability to know if a thread should be closed or not.
